Project approach
The development of the Sheridan Management Center followed a clear and user focused planning strategy. From the beginning, the aim was to create a professional office environment that combines architectural clarity with practical usability. Spatial efficiency, long term functionality and a high quality working atmosphere were considered throughout the planning process. The result is a building concept that supports modern business needs while remaining adaptable to different organizational structures.
One of the key challenges was to create a distinctive office address within a growing business location in Augsburg Pfersee. The project required a careful balance between representative design, efficient building organization and the diverse expectations of future users. Another important aspect was the coordination of layout, access, technical infrastructure and operational requirements within one coherent building structure.
Project description
The Sheridan Management Center in Pröllstraße was developed under the responsibility of the former asset bauen wohnen GmbH, where Stephan Deurer served as managing partner. The building represents a contemporary office property with generous, light filled spaces and a high level of functional quality. Its well considered concept, modern building systems and attractive position in western Augsburg make it a strong location for companies with a forward looking mindset.
