Project description
The Sheridan Tower is a modern multi-tenant office and commercial building located in Augsburg-Pfersee, directly within the Sheridan Park area and prominently visible from the B17. Completed in 2018, the building combines flexible office layouts with retail and gastronomy areas on the ground floor, conference facilities, and underground parking. Its distinctive sloping façade and illuminated glass element give the property a strong architectural identity and landmark character. With LEED Platinum certification, efficient building technology, groundwater-based heating and cooling, photovoltaic elements, and sustainable mobility features, the Sheridan Tower stands for a forward-looking approach to commercial real estate.
